Our mission is to guide inner city youth by empowering them with the tools necessary for a successful career and life. Our vision is to decrease the school to prison pipeline for inner city youth in the Jacksonville community and surrounding counties.
OUR APPROACH
Manhood - Academics - Leadership - Excellence
BBU will use the M.A.L.E platform which includes lessons, workshops, presentations conferences and guest speakers who will provide in depth knowledge and resources in Manhood, Academics, Leadership and Excellence. Community Service will be a key component in developing the whole child’s mindset in giving back to the community and caring for their community.
BBU will be the flagship of a new mentoring strategy which will support inner city youth in thinking outside of the box and developing their full potential of being successful law abiding citizens who will help shift the change in our community.
Our goal is to positively change as many lives in Jacksonville and the surrounding counties to make our communities better and thriving.
